We have recently let this expire due to the rising costs and lack of interest from our Customers. However, We still maintain our reliability and carry on with our high standard of work by only using professional tradesman.

Work Just Finished:
Flat Roof Extension In Paignton
This Project is A Two Story Side Extension, the Basement area will be A workshop and on the Ground Floor
there is A Dining Room Extension with A Vaulted Ceiling and Gable Windows that look out towards Paignton Seafront. The Customer was the Plumber on this Project and was Finishing off the Flooring and other Items.

Flat Roof Extension In Paignton
This Project is A Rear Dining Room Extension off of the Existing Kitchen. There will be one Set of French Doors, two Windows and one Skylight. We will also be fitting the new Kitchen. The Customer will be doing the Landscaping.

When our project Started we found that Grant and his team were invariably on site in good time, always polite, friendly and with a positive work ethic.
Grant not only took a pride in his work, his brick laying skills being excellent, he also took on the role of project manager, organising involvement of the various trades and material deliveries at the appropriate times.
Importantly, all building inspections were arranged by Grant, up to and including the important final inspection by the Building Inspector, without problems.

We employed Grant Willicott in 2024/2025 to build an extension on the rear of our property having already obtained planning permission. The build involved a 2 story extension - extending our lounge with a vaulted ceiling and a workshop room underneath. They made alterations to the roof which included retiling, plus extension to our existing decking area. Grant submitted a competitive quote which we accepted.
Although the build took longer than expected (mainly due to wet weather) we were vey pleased with the end results. Grant kept us in the loop at each stage of the process. He was easily contactable and his work force were all very pleasant and hard working.
We particularly liked the payment plan where we paid in instalments after each stage of the build.
We would not hesitate to recommend Grant to anyone looking for to extend ant alter their property.
